The platform’s role

RoofOnce connects homeowners with Design Consultants and roofing companies. The roofing company you hire installs the roof. You and that company enter into a separate construction agreement.

Quotes and selections

Read each quote’s conditions, exclusions, expiration date, and any requirement for a site visit. Choosing a contractor does not sign a construction contract, and the contractor still needs to confirm. If the planned work or materials change substantially, the Roof Passport must be revised and approved again.

Review application

Sample projects, companies, and prices are examples. Participation terms, onboarding procedures, required disclosures, and final legal policies still need to be completed before RoofOnce opens to customers.
