This private version is for review. The notices below explain how it currently works. They still need business review before RoofOnce opens to customers.

Information stored

RoofOnce stores your account details, roof project information, uploaded photos and documents, Roof Passports, quotes, approvals, and project history.

Project access

Homeowners can view their own projects. Design Consultants can view projects assigned to them. Contractors can view projects they’re invited to and their own quotes, but not competing bids. Administrators can review all project activity. Contractor views do not show homeowner contact details.

Communications and retention

Notifications currently appear inside RoofOnce; email and text delivery aren’t connected. Data retention, account deletion, and backup recovery procedures still need to be set up before a public launch. For questions about your data, contact the administrator through your project portal.
